Isn't it just? In a year with no releases from any of the significant "mathcore" outfits (Converge, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Norma Jean, etc.), it filled the void quite nicely and then some.

Following up on my previous post, I enjoyed the Ghost Bath album quite a bit. I don't find them as interesting as some of their contemporaries (ie. Deafheaven and So Hideous), but it's a solid release nonetheless. Thanks again for the recommendation!

I believe NASA are currently working on it.

We'll see… Dr. J, don't plan too much. It may not come out right.

I'm so happy I have you as my best friend, and I love Lisa so much.

As far as I'm concerned, Jose can drop off the Earth. That's a promise.

One minute? You want one fucking minute!? You know what? *pulls out gun* I don't have ONE FUCKING MINUTE!!!

I just like to watch you guys.

Some Guy: How was work today?

Seth Rogen.

The appeal lies in just how fascinatingly confounding it all is - namely that it's quite obviously Wiseau's passion project, and he genuinely thought he was making the great American film - but his understanding of basic human interaction is so warped, it's like watching a movie about human relationships written by

Keep your stupid betrayals in your pocket!

Oh wow, that Fall of Troy comparison is spot-on. I was telling a friend about Strawberry Girls recently, and I'm pretty sure I described their sound as "The Mars Volta meets …And So I Watch You From Afar with a bit of Dance Gavin Dance thrown in" - your description is much simpler, haha.

The Bart storyline actually had the potential to be really great - they should've just made that the entire episode and explored the subject matter more thoroughly.

I was cringing a lot in the first act when Bart and Lisa were doing their detective thing and the writers felt it necessary for Lisa to READ EVERY LABEL ALOUD. They pull this shit all the time these days, and it's always infuriating. We're not five years old, just show the damn thing on screen for half a second or so

Yeah, that was pretty fucking bad. It's one of the pitfalls of a site where any member can post a review.

That Intervals album is awesome. If we were doing top 20 lists, I probably would've included it (my top 15 is further down in the comments).

We did manage to confiscate several thousand wigs, at least.

That was a MARGE quote, damnit!

It's a hate crime against people of collar.
