I’ve thought about trying yoga. I think some stretching could help some of my pain. I couldn’t do it in a hot room like that, but otherwise I think it would be a good, low impact workout.

I’m going at the end of the month for the same reason. I’m hopeful, but not overly so. I’ve tried so many other things, this is kinda the next thing on the list. I’m sorry you spent a year on it with no improvement.
