I’d add Animatrix to the canon. The whole robot uprising origin story is awesome as it sets the idea that maybe it’s not a black and white situation. And the worldbuilding in the rest of the stories is far more interesting than what they did in the sequels.
I agree about the battery thing, too, the “human processing

I know it’s a marginal number, but how can there be 8.000 KKK members? Isn’t it illegal? I mean, seriously illegal?

    A burning church?

But the monkey is really important in the story as it is.

It’s on a hiatus because the artist wants to do other things besides drawing Saga for some time (a year, supposedly). I don’t think they’re even close to ending the story, more like a halfway point.

He says at first he thought Magnus was a Saxon spy. Then Magnus pushes him and talks about Ragnar and Odin until he dies.

    Rebecca Ferguson plays Lady Jessica.

Sadly they don’t seem to be any closer to (spoiler alert?) Ivar’s conquests in Ireland, both mentioned in TLK (briefly) and historically accurate.

I think they’re alluding to a kind of despotic leadership that transcends Trump. It’s not so much what he is now, but what history’s tell us he could turn into, as it happened before many times.

    Even The Incredibles 2?

“(...) drawing parallels between Mexican immigrants seeking asylum and the immigrants”
It’s not “Mexican immigrants”, most of the people in the video are from Honduras or El Salvador, and many other countries in Central America. They’re even showing flags there.

That sounds like Objectivism with a cooler name.

I think the nod was out of respect for Magnus, after all, Bjorn was the only one who believed him. And now that he’s single again, Gunnhild almost killing him and later him sparing her life may be the sign of a new romance subplot.

Especially in a movie called “MIB International”

Top 25 are better movies from a critic’s perspective, but these ones are more entertaining.

I’ve just finished season 2 and feel the same about Uthred. Still, I enjoy the show as a whole. I think it’s better than this latest seasons of Vikings, but really not much better than Ragnar’s ones. And as a lead, Ragnar was a more complex and charismatic character than Uthred seems he will ever be.

“With its remaining members of the Lothbrok clan scattered across the globe (Norway, England, Floki’s flinty “Land Of The Gods”).”
“Across the globe” is a little too much. They’re scattered across the North Sea, at best. They should have left Bjorn exploring Europe, Ivar raiding in Britain, and Lagertha ruling

You clearly don’t know Macri, he’s dumber than Trump.

The report says “While the series on Netflix has ended, the three existing seasons will remain on the service for years to come, while the Daredevil character will live on in future projects for Marvel”.
I’m not sure if that means new seasons with the same cast on a different platform or a reboot. I hope it’s the

“Can we not put walls before weddings?”
I think he said “wars”. Makes more sense.
