It's the "It was a dark and stormy night" of the 21st century.

What about dinosaurs?

Lynch/Frost 2020

I am perplexed as to why that is the case these days. It's not the differences of viewpoints i find troublesome; it's the inchoate irrationality.

Yeah, a couple of years back I remember reading that insider piece on the Hollywood conservative Friends of Abe group - which Sinise founded - and even its author didn't seem to have one bad word to say about him, said he was very gracious, chatted to him for a bit, didn't launch into any spontaneous, unprovoked

Well, he was a co-founder of one of America's most prestigious theatre companies, so there's that.

Even more remarkable, this player piano roll I have of "Laura Palmer's Theme" is a ringer for the Log Lady's log!

Nick Searcy also seemed not off his rocker when he turned up on Limbaugh, but afterwards I looked at his Twitter feed and then washed my eyes out with pumice.

Oh, nuts. Did he say anything stupid? If he was on to plug his charities for vets and police I could probably give him a pass for that; you go where the audience is, I guess.

I don't think Gary Sinise has said anything either painfully dumb or outrageous in public. He seems pretty intelligent and reasonable, and actually makes a point of putting time and effort into the charities and causes he supports. And I say this as a screaming near-pinko.

I have a cardboard palate AND crippling diabetes for some reason!

Personally, I love a Wagyu tenderloin cooked to a perfect medium rare with half a jar of Smucker’s® Butterscotch Flavored Spoonable Ice Cream Topping dumped all over it.

I believe the music was taken from his China album.

"Share the fantasy."

Yeah, that seemed a little off to me as well. What's more of a "Dad" movie, Paths of Glory or The Guns of Navarone?

I dunno, it`s an ad that could probably be remastered and still play today. Although now I'm picturing that frog/chimp video scored by Vangelis and narrated by John Huston.

I am depraved, but in far more unpredictable ways than that.

Yeah, I love 'em both, for different reasons. Wages I find the more philosophically rewarding; Sorcerer is the version I feel I have to wipe the sweat and the grime off my face afterwards.

I love it as an immersive experience while acknowledging it's not a great narrative movie.
