I can tell immediately that I’m not the target audience for this type of stuff, and I think it’s reaching for the headline to say “this is the future of streaming” when the character is meant to be as obnoxious as she can, and yet somehow likeable at the same time.

If you feel that way, then it makes me wonder how you tolerate really, any of the major game houses at all. Every single one of them have had some measure of “scandal” be it discrimination of some kind, developers let go, the list goes on and on.

Color me unsurprised.

Yup, the larger issue is the people who don’t care to think beyond what’s just in front of them. Trying to get these people to deep thinker results in yawns and eyerolls.

I first saw Selina’s interview with what appeared to be a less biased source where she airs her concerns. Then I saw all these other videos where these other organizations seized on this, and threw an extremely right-wing perspective on it.

heheh, as a person born with hearing loss - yup my ears are worse than the normal person’s. Yes, I can hear the difference between $10 headphones and $100 ones, but on this test I totally flunked. I thought I could hear a difference but as the tests progressed I became less and less sure of myself.

I think just as likely, they tried to blackmail her for certain favors. When she refused, they retaliated.

The little beings at the front actually made me notice the really leggy humanoids at the back.

Here in Canada these therapy sessions are pricey - $150/hour is typical if not more, adds up fast, and the hour goes by really quickly.

Hey - no mention of how...when the Rogue handed the ears to the priest, that when she rose up...even her right ear, was cut off? You could see the remains of the mangled flesh on her.

Something to point out, which is an important detail: That screenshot with the Rising Sun is the SNES version of the game. Notice how very different Ryu looks(lower resolution, lesser detail, the sprites themselves give this away).
