That would be very unlikely to work, and if it could be done, it wouldn’t reduce spending at all.

Sue someone?
It literally said in a quote from the article that the only NA engine they make right now is the 4.0 from the GT4 Cayman/Boxster and they don’t fit the 911 in a way that would keep it rear-engined.
Go to Williams for a Truck Load of Rich Energy Cash
At this point, racing is more like a hobby for Kimi. Doesn’t seem like he cares whether or not he’s in a top team as he is happy just to be able to continue to race.
Also, wow, Vettel is three years younger than Hamilton. Somehow I always think it’s the other way around.
Considering that Ricciardo went to Renault because he saw something in them that seemed promising (who wouldn’t want to leave Red Bull btw), I don’t know if he would be the one to be willing to jump on getting into the Ferrari life style with how his personality is. But I think between him and LeClerc they would kill…
Vettel seems to have been in semi-retirement mode ever since he left RBR. I feel that there is still a lot of goodwill there from Horner and Newey but I don’t see any place for him alongside (Or potentially beneath) Verstappen
I would love to see him go be a thorn in the side of Hamilton at Mercedes. But after the betrayal by Rosberg, i’m sure Mercedes is a little more reserved about another starboy. The ego’s involved, alone would be enough to see every race end at the first corner
Screw you haters. Vettel will end this season level on points with Hamilton.
To be fair, they have been around a LOT longer and done FAR more than Porsche. For a tiny manufacturer, the Porsche Museum is pretty good too.
Look nobody is forcing them to wear the jorts. They don’t have to. They really don’t.
I am going to lean towards grumpiness on this. Old cars are fun because they’re old. Because you’re there to drive and appreciate the technology of a bygone time.
This really isn’t a bad idea. Being able to put Android Auto in a car built pre-2016 without having to use some ugly ass Pioneer unit and a dash kit would be great.
If teams are already dying in 2020, what good will it be to extend the regulations through 2023?
If this is what finally kills Williams, that’s gonna be pretty fuckin depressing. Force majeure shouldn’t be able to kill that kind of history...
I like Mazda. I’ve encouraged others to buy Mazdas. Heck, I’ve even bought a couple new Mazdas myself in the past decade. But as much as I want this to be true, I have a hard time believing this will actually happen.
I get that there is going to be a lot of ppl here saying “who cares” and “that’s what they deserve” but there are a lot of people that work in the industry that are hardworking and decent people. News of any sector taking a downturn is not good.
