At the risk of sounding like a pest, regarding the “if not”, in the sentence, “This is obviously disappointing, if not surprising given all the benefits Amazon’s added since 2014”. Assuming your position is they have added a lot of Prime benefits, and I would say Amazon has, then you would want to say “unsurprising”
