Never owned one, but I went to a track day where I guy showed up with one. Certainly the slowest person out, but he actually finished all four 20 minute sessions and wasn’t so disastrously slow that he was bothering people.

Great unless you mangle the fastener so bad it’s stuck even worse.
Vise grips are rarely the correct tool, but can be pressed into service for an amazing array of tasks. They can also be weapons of mass destruction when improperly pressed into service for tasks they shouldn’t.
I didn’t say otherwise. And I certainly would isolate were I positive for COVID despite being vaxxed and boosted.
You can, but the chances of it being particularly severe are extremely low unless you are extremely elderly or immunocompromised. People who get Omicron while boosted typically get a mild cold.
A virus with a 10% fatality rate probably would likely kill before people have a chance to infect others. That’s what happened to SARS 20 years ago. It never got to pandemic status.
I always thought the “Karens” were the ones throwing a hissy fit because they didn’t want to wear a mask. Anyhow, the Karens don’t make the rules, and those that do are relaxing them even in the face of omicron.
Whatever you think of the policy, Omicron is the beginning of the end of treating COVID as a pandemic. It will just be treated as another seasonal respiratory disease. A lot of it is just the reality that it’s now so contagious that pretty much everyone is gong to be exposed if they haven’t been already. What happens…
Thought they misspelled “Cayman” for a second there.
You don’t pay taxes on stock purchases. He had stock vesting, which you do pay taxes on.
He sold a crap ton of stock this year.
There are weird hang ups in non-Christian culture too. Look at Japan, where you can make the most depraved porn imaginable all day, but don’t you dare show genitalia without appropriate blurring.
I was already far more interested in the STI version. Even the VA Gen WRX was way too soft if you really want the “rally car for the street” feel. The steering worries me though. One thing that is great about the VA STI is that it retains hydraulic steering. I’m assuming the next STI is getting electric power…
Huh? My STI is the family’s main kid hauler.
One of those wins was 2 laps under a safety car, and they would have been tied for wins had Lewis won Abu Dhabi.
How so? Lewis passed max on the start with medium tires. Why not for the restart?
Under the NHRA rules, cars that fast also need a driveshaft loop. Good luck fitting one of those on your Tesla.
Actually, it does define what masks count. A thong most certainly does not. Besides, nobody is getting kicked off over a misunderstanding. Flight attendants have a supply of masks and hand them out to people who are not in compliance. You only get kicked off for being a complete jerk about it.
It’s happened before. “Eddie the Eel” from Equatorial Guinea in 2000 competed in Olympic swimming. He got the spot under a program that allowed small countries to designate an athlete without going through the normal qualifying process. He was a generally athletic 22 year old at the time, but he had never seen a…
It was also quite disappointing that the WRX is only used for one big chase scene at the opening. All the other driving scenes were much less interesting and in boring cars.
