Yeah, I've more recently been at schools without major athletics programs and most of the case law around sexual assualt in higher ed comes from athletic programs failing to act. I'm glad your school tightened up.
My original response was a bit more flippant than it should have been. I've personally been really lucky to be a crisis responder at three different campuses where sexual assault is handled appropriately.

Providence DA probably wouldn't prosecute because of too little evidence. Campuses have a much lower stand of evidence.
