Your mistake is in grouping memories and consciousness. They’re two different things. Memories are transferred as part of the copy. Consciousness is something different and is specific to that version of the ‘person’. The original and the copy both have consciousness.

The coin toss doesn’t actually exist. There’s always the original and a copy. As far as they’re both concerned, they’re the original. The coin toss is only something that’s experienced by the player, as they either move to the new body or they don’t.

I was hoping that the right touchpad would provide more precision, similar to using a mouse (actually, maybe a trackball would be a better example). In the end, I find that a 360/XB1 controller gives me more precise control, which is a shame. Maybe it’s something that can be fixed with a software update in the future,

Psst. Content creators share in the ad revenue with YouTube.

No one’s saying you have to pay. It’s not that YouTube is going behind a paywall. You either use the site for free with ads, of you pay $10/mth to browse the site ad-free.

No, they’re not offering something you can get for free. YouTube’s subscription will continue to pay content providers, which using AdBlock will not.

Watching a show on Netflix still provides financial compensation to the show. Same thing goes for TV. Whether or not you watch ads on TV has do bearing on whether or not the network gets paid for hosting the ads.
