Think the truth is somewhere in the middle.
Those controllers - well the VMS was entirely pointless, the back edge used to dig into my hand, the buttons were a little flakey... OK, I didn't like the controllers much.

erm surely you go to work on an Indie game, just so the numpty in PR isn't there, and you can say whatever you damn please?
Are we supposed to pay for the game as we'll enjoy playing it for many hours - or pay for the game and find we're not enjoying playing it as intended for many hours - and pay even more?
Felt happy just looking at that clip - my phone can now whip that board, but the first time you saw throws in 3D.. god I loved that game (and still do, for what is represents)
I'd never heard of it either - then whilst looking for 'something' to play on my Vita saw the reviews for Persona4 golden.
It's good.
Very very good.
At least they cropped out her ankles... If I'd seen a finely turned ankle... Well I just wouldn't be responsible for my deviant actions.
What's wrong with Greenlight and Kickstarter?
Bumping a 480 line DVD to 720 lines, is the same 50% increase as 720->1080.
Oh I dunno.
Hmm.
I don't think Sony'll screw this up.
I'm somebody who let me gold account lapse after many many years - started playing games mainly on my PC and basically got pissed off over being taxed for the occasional 360 game.
Recently subscribed to PSN plus merely for the freebie Vita games - and so far quite happy with it.
I…
It's great.
I wasn't even aware the mod existing - but along with Papers Please and Gone Home, it's been one of games 'tagged as Indie' that I've f'in loved.
It's all fine by me.
I've had GTA V sitting downstairs for a few weeks now and not had a chance to play for than a few missions.
Maybe I'm just getting middle-aged, but I simply don't have time to play games like I used to. By necessity I've got to pick my AAA titles with care or go for shorter indie games. If they…
Indeed.
b..b.but in my limited "I'm staying in the US, I've worked until 9pm and have an hour on the way home to find food" - I've never had a worse beef sandwich, and that includes those they'll take from freezer, to microwave, to check-in desk in about 60 seconds.
I feel a bit better that there seems to be a healthy level of hatred towards them, from their native land - but still bemused how they manage to exist.
"Maybe 5 for $5" might explain it.
I'm going to open a US chain called "CornUPaid4" where I'll just just sell Fructose syrup for a quarter a gallon. It tastes like…
I'm European, so rarely feel able to wade on these discussions, but I'll make an exception for you on this one.
America - you have boundless resources, an amazing variety of culinary influences at your beck and call and the ability to turn pretty much any culture into a chain of restaurants littered across road…
Normally the exclusive was part of some deal with the console makers - I presume this time it's so GTA V can be a launch title for the next gen consoles. Would be a bit of a damp squib for them if when it comes out on their shiny new hardware, it's already the 2nd best looking version.
Wish we had monoprice (or similar) in the UK.
I was so so wanting to buy a CatLeap (or their ilk). Willing to forgive somewhat shakey build quality for the price. Just when I started digging avoiding the 'gotcha' models and trying to stick to vendors with good reputation (and including import duty)... well the price…
Their antagonist I remember from the articles was "The Fullbright Company" - who I seem to remember at the time as a "whotf are they" company
It's clearly a band, not a torus.
Take the example in the animation - top and bottom edges join, and join to form the inner radius of the torus, whilst the 'equator' forms the outer edge.
Through an entirely non-scientific estimate, that should make the top and bottom edges ~ 1/2 the width of the equator. Pretty much…
