@sarasasa: Can't I just be firmly middle class and a pretty okay person?

Hey, somebody's probably already pointed this out, but *ahem* - Haligonian, if you please.

This story has made me cry three times in the past twenty-four hours (and almost a fourth time when I told my students the story). Seriously. *Sniffle*

@Wandell: The amazing thing is how hilarious it is completely divorced from any and all context; it's just hilarious, exactly as it is.

@Wandell: What the hell is that from? And why am I laughing so hard?

@louisebastille: Holy shit. I desperately need to give you an award of some sort, but have nothing but my eternal admiration. So. Hearted.

@Chris Braak: I'm going to go with a little from column a, a little from column b. Like Buffy, but with werewolves!

Sir, for this sacrifice, I salute you.

@NeilandVoid: Yes, I do - I read it. I'm just speaking in terms of what most people are likely to have last seen, and I don't see why a post-seventh-season film concentrating on some new characters would be rendered impossible by the existence of the comics. I still think it's likely to suck without Joss's

I am so very, very pessimistic about this. Even if they wanted to do a reboot with totally new characters (follow another of the Slayers post-seventh season, maybe?), I would still want Joss to be involved.

@Kaiser-Machead v.2.4: This... This says everything I have to say about this study. (Seriously, I love both cats and dogs, but I'm not particularly swayed by this more/less intelligent stuff - they have different sorts of intelligence).

@Cinnamoncanuck: Okay, this may not be completely apropos, but, Arrgh, the goddamn Star sic'ed "judgement"! Goddamn it, that is a perfectly correct spelling! Bloody US with their bloody "judgment". How the hell is that pronounced anyway? "Jud-gah-ment"? Bah!

@swenson: Same here - I imagined holding my lovely puppy, and immediately was like "right side". She died a few years ago, so I can't test it (and probably wouldn't anyway - damn, that Scottie hated to be held), so I'll have to go annoy my roommates cats instead.

@thenotestaken: OMG, me too! I totally got a picture/had a chat with Ben - he's such a cutie pie! I can't believe the number of awesome talks I've been to lately. It's crazy!

@newmakcity: Veins are great. I'm also a fan of freckles and big noses.

@thenotestaken: Yes, that's totally where I saw him! Montreal has been a completely awesome place for skeptics for the past couple of months.

Evidence randomly moving to Montreal was a completely fucking awesome idea:

@salthegeek: Holy shit! When the fuck did this happen? God damn, Neville.
