Yeah, there’s a HS kid in my neighborhood who had a C4, now C5 Vette. He appears mostly responsible driving around the neighborhood area, but I’ve seen him gun it more than a few times. Parents are very well off, but this seems like a risky buy, especially since courts are going after parents these days when accidents…
I’m in the “smells like money laundering” camp, but if it isn’t, can you imagine being the consignor? I’d pee myself with delight over that and it’d be ‘order whatever you want kids’ night at Red Lobster.
I can respect that counterpoint. Good take.
Are they going to do one of those cutesy naming contests so someone can suggest “Dozey McDozeface?”

I know this has come up before, but I can’t remember the answer—there’s no remaining warranty on a 2017 MY car sold in 2024, even if technically new? I have that same double take every time--sometime have to wait for the side profile--yep, a few inches longer, that’s the highlander
That’s good to hear, b/c some days I have FOMO about missing out on those last TRD Camrys. The reviews were similar to what you’re saying—didn’t feel much like a sports car. I never got to test one out.
