I’m so used to people dunking on grass types that I wasn’t expecting to see so many near the top. I wanted to be upset about the injustice Grookey suffered, but Bulbasaur still made the top ten and Rowlet was #2. I don’t think Turtwig is my favorite grass type starter at all, so that’s kind of weird. But he evolves

I think he’s the best option but not even because he makes the start easier. There are legitimately comparable and sometimes even better options for Fire and especially Water Pokemon throughout Gen 1. Venusaur’s competition among the grass types is pretty much non-existent (sorry if you like Vileplume, I guess). My

I don’t mind his voice for DK. In fact, I think it’s a pretty good fit. This just seems like another article in which Kotaku takes the opinion of a vocal minority on Twitter and blows it out of proportion.

Kinda odd to use a photo featuring the FDNY in a slide show about data requests from police forces.

I came here prepared to argue about this list and walk away oddly at peace with it. I might have placed Yoshi’s Island higher up, personally, but the games ahead of it all are indisputable classics.

At least Zack had the good sense to not try and explain the RAP. Too often I find myself reading Kotaku articles dealing with legal or business issues (like the FDIC stepping in to insure SVB depositors) and it becomes all too apparent that the author is out of the depth.

I had one pop. It was The Dude. My cat, a dicklord, knocked it off the top shelf of my computer desk and my puppy chewed off his feet. My animals did not abide.

Corporate tax write off if the accountants file it as a loss? Carry it forward for five years or some such accounting nonsense? I hated accounting class.

I really disliked how it kept giving you cool guns only to take them away from you either through ammo scarcity or a cutscene - I distinctly recall getting a grenade launcher for the first time after a rooftop shootout, only to enter a room where I was forced via cutscene to ditch my new load out for a rather vanilla

I just assumed it’s been largely forgotten after Inquisition, whereas Andromeda is a big black eye for BioWare, EA, and the IP.

The inclusion of Life is Strange is quite odd, especially considering the generally positive critical reception that game enjoyed.

This is maybe the third Juno Hoslow comment I’ve seen in the last month. Is Juno actually a beloved character? I ask because my only interaction with them was murdering them in the snow after I received that bounty from Tanith. I then proceeded to wear their armor with the surgeon’s mask the rest of the game for my

I’ve never read any of his work, but I do respect him for tuning the other cheek and telling the fanbase to chill.

But then how do they get into the blocks?

Microsoft is based in her state. Without looking up campaign donor filings, I’m going to hazard an educated guess that Microsoft has contributed to her political endeavors and she’s likely on a first name basis with theylir lobbyists. She’s saying what Microsoft would like her to say.

I thought Beiber was the teen heart throb of that decade. Well, him and Charlie Puth. Per Wikipedia, Mahone was biggest in Japan (fun when that cliche applies irl).

I rather like it in Ratchet and Clank as well.

On the other hand, there’s nothing wrong with having various performance options that can be turned on and off by the player.
