You really don’t need them to do the set up. An extra set of hands can be nice for mounting it on a wall bracket, but that’s about it.

I’m pretty sure Best Buy would do free delivery. Not sure on installations, but they’re not that complicated.

I think an audio cue of Joel and Sarah screaming as Joel’s expression changes before charging the guy, instead of a full-on visual flashback, would have been less patronizing to the audience while still achieving the same effect of saying “this guy has trauma and this is why he scares people”.
