The frame rate had some obvious dips when running through the abbey/castle, and certain attacks with particle effects would also cause the frame rate to stutter (bordering on freezing) during battles. I remember it because it sullied an otherwise great experience I had with my Switch.

Other than load times, I don’t really recall having much in the way of issues with Three Houses...

To be fair, Lost Woods is a very small section of that game, and not representative of the overall experience. It’s the exception to the rule, really. I think Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Link’s Awakening had more overt issues.

I mean, that’s not the only Switch game to come out this year that has shown the Switch’s age. Bayonetta 3 and Xenoblad Chronicles 3 all make sacrifices to optimize the game to run ok on the hardware. Arceus also had some of these issues, whether it was lower frame rate for Pokemon off in the distance or bland

The OLED version simply has a better quality screen and (in my experience at least) better battery performance. It does not have more processing power or more RAM to alleviate performance issues encountered by the basic Switch and Switch Light.

Yeah, that’s a hallmark of the series.

You’re right on with that parenthetical clause.

Where did I say it was cute or respectable? I did say “we’d all be better off without Twitter…”. Bad reading comprehension isn’t cute or respectable…

She didn’t get rocked. Her tweeting has nothing to do with the underperformance of democrats within NY’s other House districts. Furthermore, she sent that tweet out after 9pm EST. She’s got a life outside of her job.

Death Stranding came out on November 8th and Mario Odyssey came out on October 27th. Both were nominated and both cut it close to when the nominations came out.

Really? I platinumed it. Loved every minute but I wouldn’t call it “pretty”. Not by the standards set by other cross gen and current gen titles.

Critics have had God of War for much longer, and critics are the ones that are on the nominating committee.

I think Scarlet Witch is too low. Thanks to WandaVision, she was developed and built up in a way that most MCU villains aren’t, and she was all the more compelling as a result. Not to mention that Olson is a pretty versatile actor. I don’t feel the same way about Hela, for instance. Blanchet is great but I find the

The Sony spidey villains are fair game thanks to No Way Home.

I don’t see the issue with the red dress on the red carpet. Very overblown reaction. She looks great, albeit, I’m not sure how well she can breath…

Very bland. Like grits without butter, cheese, shrimp, chorizo, andouille, or gravy.

Not only are they “close”, they tend to review better. Sennheiser has good offerings too.

I generally like Apple’s products, but their headphones and earbuds have better competitors. Sony’s offerings in particular sound better, have better noise canceling, and also have “pass through” for ambient sound. Sennheiser also puts out stronger products, and Bose has comparable offerings.

YAS! That was annoying in Arceus and the first Horizon. I haven’t played the sequel yet, so idk if that was addressed.

I generally agree that crafting is tedious and dumb, and another symptom of the outsized influence of Ubisoft’s open world formula. But then there are times where I think it improves a game. Legend of Arceus comes to mind. Crafting in the field beats going back to town to purchase balls and potions.
