I don’t think about the VMAs at all

The streaming system is fucked.

They already did one side of that in Election more or less.  I would love to see Cameron’s future story though, and even moreso, Jeannie’s.

How about instead of this we get the movie where 15 years later, Cameron finally faces the fact that Ferris is a figment of his imagination, a projection of who he really wishes he could be. And then he starts franchising Fight Clubs across the country with Edward Norton.

An Abe Froman origin story, or get out.

Good lord Mr. Fantastic, THAT was a stretch! Even Stenberg does not go there. You have two women, one who is trying to claim social bullying (in a DM no less) and one who is claiming to be the victim of body shaming, when the comment was directed at the studio (A24) and their body of work in general.

Then maybe you should stop watching it and, more importantly, never fucking post here again.

Or, hear me out. It’s showing what women go through at work and in life?

Look, one’s with no ads and one’s without ads! Whaddya need, a map?!

I should know better than to treat this comment as a good-faith argument about Bruce vs Jen’s abilities, even though it’s been a tired talking point for a month now since the first preview came out. But it should be stated at least once in the thread that this isn’t what the show actually depicted.

His letter actually continues to include this: I usually cringe at letters or statements like this but I understand that I am of the privileged few who can afford to take time off. I won’t lose my job while working on my anxiety. With this letter and with ‘Stutz,’ I’m hoping to make it more normal for people to talk

Genius marketing.

It’s easy to pick South Park episodes that speak to our current moment when you’re picking them from our current moment.

Maybe if she’s on stilts.

I hadn’t seen quite a few of them, but you’ll recognize the kind of self serious person they are parodying

This is slightly different but didn’t Bey run into a similar issue when she “interpolated” “My Girls” by Animal Collective and/or “Maps” by Yeah Yeah Yeahs on Lemonade? Both those interpolations were great and the artists were apparently happy to be represented (and then CREDITED and PAID) but it seems like it’s past

Now? Artists have been issuing remasters for decades.

Do we have to do this every time

The website Twitch should be offensive to everyone.
