I agree, with F1 running stupid early US time, most of us DVR them and watch later. My mother is a big F1 fan and I planned to watch the race with her for Mother's day and was spoiled by this. I didn't tell her though, so she got to enjoy it, even though her man came in second (not bad, but not a win).

It will always be too soon...

.

As I said, I don't agree with it. And besides, most of these "take the street racers off the street" events aren't NHRA/IHRA/AHRA sanctioned and require waivers to run.

Watch the whole video folks... An explanation is given as to why he was not DQ'ed for crossing the center line. I don't necessarily agree with it, but it's their event, their rules.

RUUUUUNNNNN!!!!!

And nothing of value was lost this day...

#5 I especially liked how Chrysler jumped through that loop hole feet first and convinced the EPA that the PT Cruiser was an SUV/truck for the CAFE boost. Well played Chrysler, well played indeed.

No. Even though a Sentra is what I technically learned to drive in, no.

This particular one is actually real, but for every real one there about a hundred fake ones.

Ahhh, Flori... Wait, what? California?!?! What is this MADNESS!?!?!

Really?

I just showed this to my friend, and he said it looks like an angry Mazda. But he is biased though, being a bit fanatical about his Mazdas.

Mow 'em down, flip 'em off.

#7 Look at all the fucks he gives...

The autobahn is like our freeways in the way it's size changes. Some areas are only two lanes, others more. Most of it is only two, though I'm not sure about this particular section.

Left lane is for passing; he wasn't passing anyone.

Automatic transmission rebuilds and rear ends. Very critical tolerances in both, and being just slightly off will mean a very short life for either. Specialized tools necessary, also.

This is how it's done round these parts Son...

I wish I knew how to Photoshop. He needs to be standing next to JPM's jet truck at Daytona.
