Yeah, the last two episodes of S1 are a vast improvement from the rest of that season, even though it still took itself waaaaay too seriously.

Just you wait until that becomes an in-universe show based on secondhand accounts of Legends’ hijinks. 

Season 4 is all over the place (in, honestly, the best, gung-ho, well-meaning kind of way) and should not have worked as well as it did considering how much they rewrote/rearranged. 

The first time I watched it I scream-laughed the entire time.

The kiss between Sharon and Steve is so awkward I always skip through that scene when I watch Civil War. It makes me actively uncomfortable. 

I’d rather they milked dramatic irony of Bucky, Sam and Zemo being totally unaware of who she really is instead of the relatively weak reveal.

I just really loved how much the show put Sam’s empathy front and center.

The first full shot we have of him in the suit in the final episode, where he throws the shield through a window while flying, and the helicopter sequences in that same episode are proof of how cool both the shield and the wings can be.
