Latino voters seem very active here in Denver too. So much so that I had to put an extra sign on my door specifying that I already voted to stop all the knocking by canvassers.

Seems like she got goosed.

Seems appropriate

Proposition 107 on the CO state ballot (which I just got in the mail) would create a presidential primary in the state. I think a lot of people feel how you do; I know I’ll be voting for it.

I went to a frat party once to meet up with a friend who was attending (normally avoided those things). I brought my own six-pack as I refused to suck up to the “brothers” to try and get a beer (I’m a guy and in my experience you couldn’t really get a drink at such places unless you knew someone or were pledging).

When I was in college (10+ years ago) I went to a frat party and stood in line with my friends to try and get a drink. When we got up to the front of the line, it was clear that the frat bros were serving the girls out of one tub of “jungle juice” or whatever you want to call it and the (non-frat) guys out of another.

It’s un-freaking-believable that the “best breakfast sandwich bread” conversation did not even mention biscuits. Get your asses south of the Mason-Dixon and hit up a Bojangles for christ’s sake.

These are the best teams in the world for the most part, so the matches are almost

I see what you’re saying, but one of the problems is that often the public money going to charters - whether it’s been diverted from the public school system or not - doesn’t actually go to educating the students. I’m not familiar with the oversight of MA’s system, which you say is good and effective, but it’s

My issue with it - having worked in the startup world - is that I think everyone pursuing startups is a horrible way to foster a successful, functional economy that’s beneficial to most people.

I nodded. The argument was familiar. I had even made it myself, here and there, but I was beginning to sense something very depressing about it. How many more of these goddamn elections are we going to have to write off as lame but “regrettably necessary” holding actions? And how many more of these stinking,

I didn’t watch the game but went to check out the highlights after reading these posts.

To be fair, Tom did note the rhythmic, percussive sounds common to both situations.

Gotta love Madsen in the back, trying to distract Iverson by yelling as he shoots.

If only he had daughters this never would have happened...

Haha I see what you’re saying and I could be wrong, of course. Still, I think xanax or something like that is a better bet.
