Okay, sure, in a business environment, that's different.. but for most home users, waiting to install patches is dumb. Why install anything, really, if it might have a new bug? Why even touch the computer? You might cause a problem!

I'll never understand why people always hesitate on patching things.

Your link is el-busted. :(

maybe you should make another six nonsense comments, they really bring out the crazy in your eyes

More like 'Republicans Are Trying to Block Net Neutrality'

Hey Sam, can I axe you a question..

Uh, really, guys?

This is no place for reason. ZOMG OBAMA WANTS TO TAX AND SPEND OUT OF THE RECESSION HURF BLURF

Good ol GOP style fear mongering. Thanks for that.

@shallnot: It's a two year old phone with a DOA operating system.. what do you think would be a fair value?

Funny, I thought that Nokia gave a shit about open platforms. Then again, Microsoft moved from an open platform (Windows Mobile 6) to a closed one (Windows Phone 7).. I guess it's the cool thing to do.

So what if you do, though? Google's not in the business of selling your personal information to third parties. And somehow I doubt that they're going to start calling you themselves to sell you stuff.

Interesting.. though wouldn't switching to safe mode be a better solution?

Why not? You don't think that they already have it?

It took me a few moments to get the 'Finnish line' pun. I feel dumb.

Fffffffffffffffff... the link finally appears, but then:

When there's a post actively advocating to ditch Android for the iPhone? It's sort of a shot across the bow.

Cool rebuttal, bro. I don't think you have any right to be calling anyone else a fanboy.

Probably because there's a clear reason why people have chosen Android rather than getting that hot new iPhone that everyone's been talking about! Never mind the fact that for it to be as usable as an Android phone you have to jailbreak it and add on a whole bunch of extra apps which are already built in.

I thought it was interesting.
