Our economy would collapse.

I am very well aware of this, and have been for approximately five years.

I drove one over 100,000 miles. I likened it to a motorboat engine. I hated driving it, I got less than 30 mpg with a 10-gallon gas tank.

It's getting stupid. I got into Squarebody's because they were cheap. I'm gonna be one of those "someday" guys now because I've got a few builds planned down the road but if I dont buy the trucks now they eont be affordable for me to do in the future

What would it take for me to buy a new Nissan? The sudden inheritance of a rental car company.

I’m looking at you, Versa.

A winning lottery ticket. A new GT-R would make a nice daily driver for me. Other than that car, nothing in the current lineup is even remotely interesting. Boring sedans, crossovers, an ancient midsize pickup, and a full-size truck that is worse in every measurable way than its competitors. If the Xterra were still

I remember when these came out.  Remember the Car and Driver article.  However,  no nostalgic feelings, it was a shitty era for cars and trucks.  This sort of fits into the Burt Reynolds kitschy Smokey and the Bandit vibe of the time.  I have no desire to relive that.  Crack pipe.

Good idea, bad rig. Now that Jeep is slashing Gladiator prices… 🤔

As I have mentioned before, I have an unhealthy love for Discos, but $31,500?? It would cost a tenth of that to fix the one sitting on my driveway. I only hit NP because I figured I’d be the only one... I’m not too far off right now.

Completely agree.  I appreciate them sticking to the original shape and making a “Jeep Truck”, but it is awful.  I would like to see a two door model with a slight extended cab or something, because the proportions of the 4-dr model just look “off” to me.

I don’t know why there wasn’t more separation between H-D and Buell, on the consumer-facing side. The target markets of those two brands were polar opposites. Whoever it was that decided those two brands should be sold together in the same facility, did not understand at all what either brand represented. I would have

The reason why Buell failed was because Harley didn’t invest enough in them, micro managed them, and didn’t instill any dealership training or loyalty to Buell.

Oh, come on.  $4500?

This is a nice price for a crack pipe. I’m really really happy it’s on the other side of the country from me, or my wife might be pissed.

Unsold at any speed.

Sees title and lead photo...

Absolutely! I drive through Petoskey on my way to work and Ohio and Florida plates are the worst.

Nobody from Ohio knows what “good driving” even looks like. 45mph is not “merging onto the highway speed”. Iowans are also shitty drivers.

Here in Michigan, every time we see a vehicle with Ohio plates, it’s traveling at least five under like you are looking for an address. I guess that’s what passes good driving in your state.
