The city of Anchorage used to tow unlicensed vehicles from the owners driveways to enforce the emission inspection program. If it was visible from the street it was fair game.
I live in an area infested with 0.1%rs and have seen pretty every one of these in the flesh-and the Cullinan may be the worst of the lot, along with the Bentley Bentayga. Those are just so awful, it’s hard to describe the actual horror of the misplaced tortured proportions, given that those companies can build some…
You know what-I’m going to say it.
Perhaps if the manufacturers offered decent little cars here at those price points Americans would be more open to buying them?
What a hideous monstrosity!
Hold on while I shake my couch for spare change, about $10K worth. NP.
There is a scale of customer service from great to poor, and then there is Spirit.
This is one of those ND for most people but for the person looking for a Series Rover it’s a NP indeed, especially with the overdrive. I personally would prefer the 88 over the 109, and if I had an extra 13 and change on hand for a project I’d have my brother go fetch it and park it until I could come get it-he’s got…
In this area deer hunters use them on old logging roads and rail paths to cover a lot of ground quietly without making noise. Tourons like them as they can go wander around bike paths without effort and such. At some point the grab and go criminals will steal them, rob some folks and then ditch it somewhere. So they…
Best I ever did was 900+ miles on a Enterprise Neon over a weekend on a $9.95 weekend unlimited mileage special. It was a lot of driving but I only had a weekend to see everything I could, from Sonoma to Yosemite and along the coast, through the redwoods, and then to the Arlen Ness shop and the bestest classic car…
Any business that can’t be done in a coffee can is too involved for a camper this size.
Irrational NP. It’s not a sensible Scandanavian machine or price but I want it anyway.
Fiat. Who sells them? Who buys them? I hadn’t even thought of them until I saw where another user here said “Fiat” and yep, that brand disappears and nobody will notice, nobody is buying them and I wouldn’t even know where to get one.
The load space in the Bronco is deceptive-the roll cage assembly and speaker pods cut into the height way more than they should. The speaker pods can be removedm and the speakers within are trash so you would never miss them, but the roll cage is a bit tougher.
I don’t know about the buying side of Carvana but they were the easiest, best and highest offer when I sold my Bronco and it was utterly painless. They then flipped it for $2K over what they bought it for after a couple weeks. Carvana seems to have hit the stride they were looking for after a terrible start and…
Remember that first announcement about the Lightning, the price after the electric credit was going to start around $27,500? Pepperidge Farm remembers and laughs at Ford trying to flog $77K Lightnings. If they want to sell them they would need to bring out a fleet version, or, they could have Xiomai build them for…
Broncos only tow 3500 pounds, it’s one of the reasons I released mine back into the wild, and yeah the inside is like a cave with the top on.
“ If Chinese EVs start showing up on our shores, our domestic automakers might have to start making better cars that sell for less money in order to compete.”
As a former (multiple) Scout owner I approve heartily. There was no need to completely redesign the Scout into some thing it never was -talking to you Blazer-and VW and the design team really got this. I’m not in a position to get one but if I was, I think this would get me to dip my toe into the EV world, especially…
