let me take the “lede” on this....seriously? Is this a solstice joke? Can we send a SAD light to the office to cheer you all up? Cuz this is just silly.
For those who never experienced these utter piles of poo-you might be curious about the rotten egg, but it’s perfectly OK to take anyones word that you should not eat

I have a relatively long torso and short legs, and even at 5'11" there are a lot of cars I don’t fit in. This is not a surprise to me and it can’t have been a surprise to the seller, but it is a convenient excuse. Those of us who have this problem make sure we fit when we sit before the purchase, so I’m thinking

As a former Scout II owner it’s ND. Having been familiar with the OG Scout it’s even more ND. Surely you people have better things to drop 20K on, than a nicely painted bog slow 4 wheel bucket. I guess I’m among the few who will (and should) ND this crate, but some of you will also spend $23K on an electric MiniMoke .

and how low the bar is for “safest VW bus ever”.

I’m going to go with ND. 185K buys some very exclusive and pretty cars, and I think it would be wasted on a car that reminds me of Soviet style “luxury” cars from the 60's and 70's that attempted to copy more western hemisphere uuxury styling cues.

If your “service” is a secondary user of a given spectrum, the FCC Part 15 tells you that your device may not create excessive interference in that spectrum while accepting the interference from other devices. In a catfight between the military and VW, even if you could get the FCC to act it’s going to go to military

Ours hit 100K and needed “everything” all at once. I still recall the joy of replacing those 12 spark plugs, replacing the fan clutch, all 4 wheel bearings, one of the cats melted internally and blocked the exhaust, and the audio system is on a fiber optic loop, if one component goes out that all go out until you dig

I wanted to NP this one, but my ownership experience swayed me otherwise.

Shaving them down means you get fresh tire rather than worn heat cycled and oxidized, so I bet you are correct.

I suspect “owner maintenance “ wasn’t high on the list of desgin goals. So, when do those 4.2 V8 timing chains and guides need to be serviced?

Easy NMFDAAP. My ex and I had one in the early days of our time together and nothing about that car was good. It was a dog performance wise, it has that older Asian interior proportion that left us short legged long trunk people with our heads mashed against the headliner when we got the seats set to where we could

If it were a round headlight squarebody Blazer in this condition, defintiely NP.

I’m not always given to profanity unless I’m in the garage but fuck this with a barb wire condom and lemon juice. Not just ND but CH (crack hose)

I saw that and ND’d it on the spot. Even if it’s a trick of the bodywork fooling the eye to thinking it’s stanced, it looks like pickled starfish.

My VW Type 3 was rated for 65 HP and even by the standards of the late 70's/early 80's that car was slow. As in third gear uphill slow. I can’t imagine spending that much for a 70 HP Nisaan to have it hopelessly underpowered in today’s traffic, it wouldn’t keep up on any superslab I’ve been on. It’s a nice car but not

HD had to spin Livewire off as a separate brand. HD owners aren’t interested in electric bikes, they simply aren’t going there. The electric bike-curious aren’t going to a HD dealer to be treated with disdain by the sales associate wearing the 15 pieces of patch flair on their leather vest, and I’m not passing along

Parts car? It’ll beak all the parts of value to anyone else. Just like all the other “parts cars” out there.

How all the manufacturers have managed to torture innocent sheet metal into a sea of bland sameness is the wierd part. Rare doesn’t automatically mean valuable and wierd doesn’t mean desirable. It’s weird that people keep buying overstyled frowny face McCars.

I’f I’m spending $30K on a red Alfa its going to be a contemporary Gulia....which has crossed my mind on occasion. It’s a nice car but even a collector level 40 year old Alfa is ND on arrival.

Nobody is going to buy this to go into the plow business, it’s more a conveinience plow rig to do their own driveway. That being the case, it’s possible that it’s never been a winter daily, just a homeowner plow rig. Not as much exposure to road salt.
