What are you on about now? I’m not arguing the merits of citing her or not. The officer in question felt that her violation was worthy of a warning. That was *his* assessment.

If he could do it, then other people have no excuse. If they can’t, then Darwinistically they don’t deserve to survive.
*shrug*
Depends if he’s internal or external. Internal QA is a profession that (IME) has reasonable pay and benefits, but external QA is much as you describe... assuming it’s not farmed out to a sweat shop in some other country. At best it’s a summer/part time job for college/high school students.
Not only that but the time spent on this case won’t even amount to what it’s worth.
Sure they do. Destroying this guys life gives anybody looking for 15 minutes of fame by leaking spoilers a STRONG incentive not to.
Point isn’t to make money (or recoup losses). Point is to discourage other people from doing the same thing. Spend money going after this guy, save money when somebody else decides the fun of spoiling game Y isn’t worth being broke for the rest of his life.
Maybe China? NDA break like this is sort of inline with not recognizing the concept of IP rights.
(plus, I already can’t keep track of 4 rear bumpers, plus two sticks & the stick buttons, a d-pad, the touchpad, and the two other center buttons. Adding more? AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!)
Conservatives have seized on the idea that Georgulas’s goal, as well as that of any other affirming parent, is to “chemically castrate” her child–a convenient talking point in rightwing efforts to demonize trans people and more specifically, to portray gender-affirming parents and clinics as part of what they see as…
Eh, fear of prison at all, is a fairly significant deterrent for most. Look what Laughlin has gone through/risked just to (try to) avoid a likely similar sentence.
To be fair, a lot of people wouldn’t consider sodomizing somebody with a flashlight (or other device) to be “rape”. It has to be a penis to be “rape”. (similarly, penetrating a woman with a flashlight wouldn’t be “rape” either.) Sexual assault? Definitely. “Rape?” Nope.
The only thing I can think of is the individual cells were created in somewhat of a vacuum, and then thrown together at random?
PS5 wired controllers?
Thank. Fracking. God.
There will be 2 “versions”:
From the article you yourself cited:
Yeah, that’s odd. While riding a bicycle is (in most states, I believe) classified as operating a vehicle, and contrary to the apparent belief of most bicyclists you are in fact required to obey most vehicle laws, (such as stopping at stoplights/stop signs, obeying lane markings, signalling turns, etc.), and can be…
Maybe I’m missing something, as I’m no doctorate candidate, but...
I’m not sure how effective a cash incentive for switching from ICE to EV would be. Most of the people I know aren’t holding off for EV’s to be more affordable. They are (hoping) to hold off until AV’s are affordable... or at least commonplace ridesharing of same. They feel it would be stupid to buy some interim…
Not hung, drawn and quartered?
