*sigh* Try reading the rest of the statement in context. He goes on to say precisely why he’s pissed. And *spoiler* it has nothing to do with being impeached or found guilty or anything. It is, however, precisely in line with his continued claims of it being a politically motivated witch hunt.
However, when taken in the full context, the statement seems to read as a hypothetical.
