Hey Daughter, NordicTrack is thinking about doing some sponsored shots and sent this rowing machine over. Can I grab a few pics of you on it?

Well, I should say “alive,” because necromancers aren’t really alive.
You’re making the assumption she was aware that she was (supposed to be) on a team. According to the documents the person running the scheme indicated to other parents it works perfectly well without the students in question even knowing they were “recruited”. They show up to orientation like a normal student, and if…
Because they didn’t? According to the released document the pictures taken were of the girls on exercise machines. (albeit rowing ones). And I doubt their parents felt the need to explain why they wanted a picture of the girls exercising.
Actually, having played through the game, I can totally see it.
But this is not an “unprecedented crisis.” The number of border crossings today is still dwarfed by the number seen at the peak in the ‘90s and early ‘00s. In 2000, arrests at the border reached 1.6 million.
Counterpoint:
Assuming he ever knew. It doesn’t sound like this was Trump’s personal driver or anything, just a driver at a club Trump owned/visited. You ask me about the driver of the SuperShuttle I took to the airport to visit my folks for x-mas, and I got nothing.
Airport security = 1st world problem?
It’s because there is a huge difference between telling the police “I think/it looks like X happened/is happening” and being wrong*, and telling the police “X happened to me” when it didn’t.
For some kids, yes. There’s no indication in any of the documents I read that the Laughlin daughters were among those who needed to cheat on the SAT’s to get sufficiently high scores. (and there were various cheating methodologies employed. Only one involved having somebody else taking the test for you. Looked like…
Money changing hands to get somebody into university is usually a perfectly legal donation to the college, not an illegal bribe to somebody to recommend admission?
Yep, a mother asked (told?) her spoiled internet celebrity instagram/youtube/whatever influencer daughter to pose for a picture on a rowing machine.
Sorry, I guess I’m skipping a step? Social construct = not a real thing, they don’t really exist. They’re made up and they should be completely relegated to the dustbin of history. Is that not part of Feminist ideology in a nutshell, or did I misunderstand things?
I don’t want to tell the defense attorney how to do his job, but is trying to defend somebody accused of swindling a bunch of money by posing as a wealthy heiress by... posing her as a wealthy celebrity really the best play here?
Cybernetic genitalia?
To be fair, digging a fortified shelter in the side of a mountain to protect yourself from exploding green attackers seems pretty on point for a conspiracy theorist.
Counter point.
I’d kind like to somehow see age figured into this graph. (along with the accident/alcohol/etc. statistics)
I guess I think I’m more surprised that girls don’t (allegedly?) rank guys by hotness... and I’m not sure I really believe it. I seem to remember overhearing quite a few discussions in high school over which one of the back street boys was hottest. Or is it O.K. to rank celebrities but not fellow classmates?
