Fair enough, other than “police suck”, I don’t really see any particular reason not to believe them though. Nothing they allege is impossible or even all that difficult. And unless they were stupid enough to let her hear them discussing plans to divert some of the drugs I don’t really see any motivation for blowing…
Easy. By not using her hands. Hold gun in mouth. Pull trigger with something else. (Using my feet/toes would be my first thought. Even I’m flexible enough to pull that off with little difficulty.)
Don’t think it changes the likelyhood of that. But I still don’t get why people seem to think having ones hands cuffed behinds ones back would be any significant impediment to shooting yourself if you wanted to. You don’t HAVE to use your hands to activate the trigger on a gun... though shooting yourself in the head…
offering to rape lesbians
Ok, what about that is impossible (or even slightly difficult) while sitting in the passenger seat of a car with hands behind back?
1. According to the linked article the impetus for the arrest was the driver swallowing a bag of drugs. While the article does mention they found a bunch of drugs in the car, they do NOT say whether they were found before or after the shooting. So, do you think they would attempt to detain the suspect right when he…
*shrug* Read the source article not Harriot’s interpretation. There is no indication they searched the car before she (allegedly) shot herself. According to the linked article the impetus for arresting the guy was because he (allegedly?) swallowed a pack of drugs when they pulled him over.
This whole thing makes for one of those mystery stories we solved in like 5th grade where you can only ask yes/no questions. (My favorite was the person who used a block of ice to hang themselves in an empty room to make it look like murder)
1. Suicidal, not homicidal.
Because, according to the article, she was in the passenger seat of her boyfriends car, not the squad car?
By not using her hands? Grab gun via barrel with mouth, pull trigger with something else? Jam seatbelt latch tongue between trigger guard and trigger using the seat? Pull trigger with Toe? Heel of shoe? Hell, depending on the gun (hair trigger?) a sharp rap against something back end first.
Possibly, though they’d have to convince a jury their feeling of being threatened was reasonable. I think it would be a tough sell without some sort of past history. They could have DEFINITELY shot him when he drew his gun though (obviously). ‘Course, similarly it’s possible he would actually be in less trouble if he…
You may want to re-read. The only time THIS article mentions plants is when she (according to this article) threw them in response to his threatening to blow her head off with the gun, and throwing said plants resulted in him LOWERING the gun.
Really? You don’t think going from shouting words back and forth to throwing physical objects at somebody is an escalation? Really?
While I personally believe that the inevitable future of gaming is a return to terminal/server architecture, all the rest of the “frills” google seems to be talking about seem completely stupid/silly.
Remember, people: These systems do not always work. Don’t test them out on people you love. Or even like.
I cannot say this enough: If you street race, you are dumb and bad. Find a legal place to do it or don’t do it at all.
The first time, yes. The second time right before the end of the clip it definitely looks like she’s trying to spit at them.
So, black guy guilty of Assault and Battery (A&B) knocking the phone out of her hand, (I’m guessing claim “fighting words” defense, though presence of mind to simply knock phone out of hands speaks against uncontrollable anger)
