Hell I had some dumbass manager at a Wawa in NJ deny a purchase using a passport, because he couldn’t be sure it was real. I asked him if he was serious and if he knew how hard it is to create a fake US Passport?
What it fails to mention is that it is a misdemeanor in VA. Getting caught doing over 80 means you will potentially have a criminal record.

Registration does require safety inspection (https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/vehicles/#vehiclereg.asp). Emissions is only required in some counties/localities in VA.
Now I know the Instagram timelines may not be fully on point, but the temp tag is on the vehicle with a post date in early March. Which the timeline would suggest this was inspected post build.
I am certain whoever passed this thing for VA inspection so it could be registered will be getting a visit from the State Police in the next couple of days.
