I don’t think the Norma Reedus interview really hinted at Death Stranding 2, but more to the fact that they’re just starting another game.

He straight up had a Series S on his bookshelf for like months before the announcement.

Sonic hasn’t been good in decades, idk why anyone is expecting anything else. The core gameplay itself is extremely dated and has never been revamped. There is zero challenge in the game.

Just gonna say it: why did they put color letters on the face-buttons. Why put letters at all.

This sounds awesome. I love the history lessons in both Civ and CK3... my main issue with CK3 is that there isn’t a clear enough “objective” or “win vs lose” system, which I know is a big appeal to some people. Personally I need a bit of competition, so this sounds right up my alley.

As a smaller artist with many albums on Spotify I can confirm that Spotify pays out very little... but that is still more than I would ever make 20 years ago doing the same thing. I would not have been able to distribute a single album. I would have had to put in 100x the effort.

Hacking in Splatoon... just... why lol. Why.

I am sorry that the show has to feature actual connections between humans and can’t just be hours of whatever the fuck we did in Halo Infinite. Video game narratives that barely function in the gamer world would do even worse in Hollywood.

I will never understand the need for more space in the vault. I feel weird having a duplicate of anything. Put your Exotics in there and scrap everything else. If you haven’t touched it in a year, toss it. Keep a couple of backup weapons on hand and clean house. It’s all junk that you’ll see 100 more times at 100

I get that it seems tacky, but this is a hundred million dollar video game. Decisions are going to be made using hard data and driving metrics. Tools like this exist in all large corporations (especially entertainment media) because its the only way to reasonably make decisions. I’m sorry, but they’re not going to

It’s quite amazing how unique people’s experiences are with the game, and yet everyone sort of goes through the same events. It’s really incredible. Everyone with an interest in games owes it to themselves to try it out. It is wild how much Elden Ring is willing to let you figure out. Very refreshing.

“DRM” is such a buzzword now. At the end of the day, a service needs to be able to handle your digital rights. Software is no longer managed by a physical disc, so there has to be something in check that says that you own it. “Remove DRM”...? Like what does that even mean lol. Remove all ability to check if you have

For whatever reasons, they simply do not want to open the can of worms of making their game competitive. Maybe it comes with a load of responsibility that they cannot operate at scale. Just seems odd since they already have a userbase foaming at the mouth for it and a fighting game is inherently competitive.

They just missed the mark on this one. Hard to say exactly why— sometimes your favorite band puts out a bad song. Why is it bad? It just is. Same thing with this CoD... you can pin the blame on various services and systems but at the end of the day it just wasn’t very fun!

As a healer, I just want to feel like I have substantial impact on the match. Back in Overwatch 1 days, I would have rounds where I would put up Lebron numbers but we would still lose and other rounds where I would skunk and we would stomp— it always felt like at the end of the day it was just up to how the DPS

I still don’t understand why anyone would cheat at these games— what’s at stake? Is it their confidence or ego? Is it a power-complex? Is it “for t3h lulz”...? I could *maybe* see the appeal for a single match, but these consistent cheaters have some serious reflection to do if they think any of this matters enough to

“...crush every single rune he had in storage.” Just thinking about this gives me a panic attack.

...The only way to fix this is to face it head on. I’m crushing those mf’ers asap.

We as consumers are sort of done with “generations” when it comes to our devices— when you get a new iPhone you expect it to just be an incremental upgrade and not necessarily and entirely new experience. Xbox definitely predicted that as they made their upgrade path fairly seamless (consistent UI between consoles,

Video games of this size are too expensive to miss out on early marketing. They have to drive excitement because video games are a hits business.

I understand where player’s are coming from, but at the end of the day this is a live service game with an intended way to play. I imagine 343 wants to expand on the single player content and cleaning up issues like this goes a long way in maintaining the user experience that they want us to have.
