It falls simply to not wanting to go to multiple isles for the same thing. If I’m grabbing a taco kit, having pickled jalapenos right there makes more sense than if they were with all the other canned goods - which they should be stocked there, as well.

I get it. But like... We have mexican, italian, halaal sections. Are those racist or nationalist in any way? It’s nice to differentiate, but if the demand isn’t there for an entire section to be devoted to say, korean food, why not have all or most of the imported stuff be in the same area?
