The story is absolutely amazing, and the dread you feel is a nice rush. There’s an easy mode without monsters, but that kinda ruins a couple of the puzzles that are based around trapping monsters in certain areas.

Call centres are bullshit and nobody should ever be trapped in them for as long as I was. That said: The mantra of people being able to hear your smile is absolutely true. The skill of persuading people over the phone can easily be carried over to real life. Certainly makes calling in to the bank or the cable provider…
