Y'know, if it weren't for the parts about flogging and how men are more rational but also more likely to assault your sister, this would've been a really neat story about a culture different than ours.

@CreoleSugar: yea, the first doctor I went to tried to tell me I had herpes and shame me. I actually had a really horrible razor burn at the same time I was having symptoms. I went to another for a second opinion.

Grah, reading this over and over I would like to add that keeping up with my "not going longer than a couple weeks" in fact hardly ever involved picking up one-night stands or people whose company I didn't enjoy or people who I regretted because they were sleezy.
