One of those things that annoy me about surveys is they'd ask "do you skip meals during the day" but never ask WHY.

I tend to view the change from the 60's nudity to nowadays much like any corporate takeover - first they rejected the style, then they owned it but "polished it up" to make it so they could profit off them the most.

@rednrowdy: honestly, it depends on the school. At my public high school (I went to three different ones) kids were expected to be beautiful, intelligent and involved in extra-curriculars in order to get into a good school. Teachers prompted us to get involved in the issues. Parents gave kids dye jobs, nose jobs…

that lingerie wouldn't even be flattering on their namesakes...
