I can see the logic in this. I suppose many men find the pregnancy/gyno/women’s reproductive process intimidating and overwhelming. Inviting them to be a participant in the ENTIRE process, not just when the baby is born is fucking smart.

The one thing I don’t understand about these cruise lines, is how unprepared they are for any sort of malfunction.  How they don’t have tugs staged and relief vessels ready to be deployed, is beyond me.  

It was a good movie. Not great but good. The marketing of the film though was crap. I think it hurt the movie more than helped.

An octave is a pretty massive shift for the human voice. 

A couple of feminist friends took me to task for saying Holmes faked her voice. They said higher octaves don’t help women in the workplace, which I don’t argue with, and she only “lowered her voice an octave,” which in their minds wasn’t fake. I say she lowered it way TOO much, and that’s what makes it fake.
