the point where the planes meet is very inefficient in aero. They needed to add some fillets or transitions. A flat roof and lower sides to the box would be my preference. Current pickup boxes have really high box sides, and they keep getting taller. It is super hard to get things over the side of the box.

My guess is they saw a McLaren, went to look at it further to see what they could bust the driver for, saw it had no plates and waited for it to pass the tolls to try and add some spice to their ticket.

The real crime would be putting a front license plate on that car.

The idea of ‘International Law’ has a basic flaw, in that the only way it applies, is in consensus. The problem, is that there has to be the implied threat of sanction, with real teeth, in order for the force of Law to have meaning. No matter the extent of the jurisdiction.

The SHORT, not long, gearing is the reason you have to shift to 3rd to get to 60. Longer gearing would probably bring ~0.3 seconds off the 0-60 time... the exact opposite of what you state. The gearing inside the transmission is well spaced to keep the engine in the sweet spot from shift to shift.

The key is still detected...the driver has a device that copies the transmission of the signal and keeps repeating it as if it were the key.

The Germans have a word for everything, and when they don’t, they just write a sentence explaining what it does, and remove all the spaces.
