Gal Gadot getting $10 million from WB for WW 1984's release to HBO Max is probably a sore spot for many A-list actors who learned their films would be going to HBO Max in 2021 as well. Granted, WW was a huge box office success, but it’s a bad look on WB to give her that much for the sequel but then tell their other

I’d throw A Wrinkle In Time in the discussion of adapting popular books to film as well. By all accounts leading up to its release, Disney surely thought they had a mega hit (popular book, A-list cast) and then it stumbled right out of the gates with poor reviews and an abysmal opening weekend. One of my brother’s

Nice. You must have a 1st gen Chromecast. I have a 2nd gen one that I got for free for doing a Google Pay promo and it’s still working well too.

Christopher Nolan is getting a lot of hate for his choice words, but I’m sure plenty of directors, producers, and actors are glad there’s someone (and someone with a proven track record in Hollywood) saying what they are thinking.

No second part as Denis had wanted/planned would be a very unfortunate side effect of the pandemic’s effect on the film industry. I’m curious what projects he takes moving forward if day-and-date release is what’s going to be the norm. He’s made movies that don’t necessarily need to be seen on the big screen with

I always thought predicting Dune’s BO performance if there were no pandemic was going to be impossible due to the obscurity of the source material you mentioned, along with BR2049's underwhelming BO numbers. But the star power of Dune I think could have made up for the lack of prior knowledge of the books and original

I cannot tolerate WB’s disrespect to Denis Villeneuve (if they really did give filmmakers little warning of what their plan was).

As there is with everything these days, there’s a very accurate meme for that.

That's what Hollywood did with Ryan Reynolds for years and years until finally Deadpool made him the star he and Hollywood wanted him to be.

I like Jason Schwartzman, but this role didn’t seem like anything special. His VO acting for Klaus was better than Fargo. I don’t feel like any of the actors in this season were particularly strong enough for Emmy nominations, but if I were to guess, Chris Rock will probably get one.

Yeah, I would definitely add more >>> between 3 and 4 in AimingforYoko’s ranking.

“I didn't hate this season" is how I feel as well, and it's the nicest thing I can probably say about it.

Nice catch. There’s always some astute eyes here that catch things like this. Similar to the newspaper clipping in the black and white episode that explained what happened to Rabbi and Calamita after the tornado.

I was a fan of season 3 as well; for both Carrie Coon's and MEW’s performances. Gloria’s “Oookay then” after they’ve cleaned up the crime scene between Nikki and the police officer in the finale is probably my favorite Fargo “Okay then.”

I’m actually repulsed by that picture and his steroid look.

Chris O’Dowd can and should be included as an MCU Chris for his small role in Thor: TDW. He’s the best of them.

Before last night’s episode, I didn’t even remember her walking that way before, and yes, it is stupid. Maybe the more outwardly crazy she acts in front of other people, the more the penguin walk comes out.

Good tip. I never knew about doing that before. Saves time having to click on his handle and then having to see the impersonator’s other terrible posts.

The impersonator troll almost got me there. The only way to tell is that the real one wouldn’t post something that “legitimately retarded.”

Your post made me start to feel misty myself just reading it. By the time the doors open to show the lantern, I’m a weepy mess. The acoustic (Spanish?) guitar that plays while the doors open and they release the lantern made the scene feel that much more tender.
