My friends does apple cider vinegar rinses and says it's really good, but then again she has luxurious hair to begin with and always looks great, despite the fact that she just DNGAF about maintainance most of the time.
I leave shampooing to a minimum as it is, but do I really have to condition to the brim? Conditioner just makes my hair super fine and limp.
I get where you're coming from. They're well-meaning, and on many levels I appreciate and need that in my life, but when I am passionate about something, even when they know I will probably fuck it up, there comes a point where you just want them to support you and let you make your own decisions/mistakes.
