Great interview! Tommy Davidson is a genuinely cool dude. He stopped by the TV station I worked at years ago and hung out with everyone and told stories of working on In Living Color. His “pick it up!” chef character as well as playing the guy who always ended up with Wanda are still freaking hilarious.

My dad was the same, he made sure we saw it on the biggest screen possible. We got to the theater a bit late and would have missed the first 5 minutes, so he took us to an arcade to pass the time until the next showing so we wouldn’t miss anything. My 12-year-old self was sooo happy. RIP, dad.

Exactly, same here. I love the tutorials and travel stuff, especially the street food videos from around the world! Something fascinating about watching a guy make 60 omelettes or whatever on a massive grill with impeccable precision. Can’t get that on TV.

Right? Also, I wasn’t aware the sun’s solar cycles were racially motivated. I feel so enlightened now!
