Oh man...Voodoo 3. I had something along those lines, made quite a difference. Agreed about XvT!

Hahaha that's awesome.

Agreed! :D

I would love to play that! Didn't know only 10 were made, so the chance of doing so is nil. Great photos, thanks for sharing!

More Krull nerdity: Main character Colwyn (center in top photo) was played by Ken Marshall, who later played Lt. Commander Eddington of the secretive Section 31 on DS9.

Indeed it does :D

Agreed! There's such potential for amazing Star Wars games. Pretty cool how we get to share that universe with our kids now, I was 9 in 1977 and saw it opening week...mind = blown like many of us wide-eyed kids back then.

I did the same thing in stores when they had a PC set up, haha. Of course, it was preferable to have a 66MHz machine to play it on, which I did not have so had to get the beefiest graphics card I could find. Then there were the DOS files and IRQ settings to configure...great memories, indeed :)

There's no hope for humanity.

This is great, thanks Thorin. I have a pretty old computer that renders the old GMaps much faster than the new one.

Same here, that would be awesome.

I'm seeing similar, weird artifacts around the screen as well on Win 7/64, tab titles don't update or dim when you highlight a different one. Does seem faster, though!

Thank you for your service (Gulf War vet here).

Oh, I don't know...perhaps the fact that he is an ADMIRAL? You do know how far along in his career that rank means, don't you?

Are you a veteran who can actually speak to this?

This was either supposed to be funny, or an admission that you don't expect to accomplish anything in life other than whacking off.

I had an original 1989 Game Boy as well with quite a few games, but ended up selling it as I needed money at the time. Total mistake. Alas, that was indeed a double-slam for you in 98, ugh.

This is a seriously great article with terrific contributions...especially the IFTTT recipes. Y'all rock!

That's awesome!
