Depends on the demographic. If Burger King is going after a higher-income demographic, then most of those people know Warhol. BK knows this. They did a lot of market research before paying millions of dollars for this spot, trust.

Jann Werner didn’t learn anything about Levine from the piece. A bullshit criticism.

Gay guy here. I got stealthed once, but I realized it after a couple of thrusts and freaked the fuck out. Such a shitty violation. His excuse? “I’m an exclusive top, so I couldn’t be HIV positive.” I’m pretty sure straight guys feel the same way, they’re not at risk, and they think they’re healthy so what’s the

I don’t get straight people. If you don’t like condoms (and who does?), why not just have oral sex, or make out and touch each other and all that fun stuff? Why does it always have to be penetration? Maybe younger gay dudes are like that too, maybe it’s my generation, I came of age during the height of the AIDS crisis

Here’s the thing with singing in musicals: the singer should make you feel something, powerfully. Like, I want to get chills, I want to cry. “Audition”, Emma Stone’s big emotional number in La La Land, left me cold. That song just wasn’t sung the way it should have been sung. It needed more emotion, and Stone just

Nah, you’re not getting what the poster said. Sure, you CAN work around the limitations of your cast, and if you’re extremely talented you might get something decent, like Moulin Rouge. But it takes a lot of work and skill to do that. Imagine a cast that can actually sing and dance, not just competently but

Parker Posey is awesome, as always.

Neil Labutte is a mean piece of work. But ... aren’t men awful in his work as well? Like In the Company of Men, and Your Friends and Neighbors? He just has a really grim view of reality.

Right? That wig sucks. Why not give her extensions? The. good news is that the character seems to “cut” her “hair” at some point and we get Johnson with her actual human hair.

This is the best comment by far. Good going!

The ACA was sold as a law that would DECREASE premiums. What’s happening now? They’re not decreasing are they?

Good for you. My premiums doubled the first year. My premiums increased by another 22% this year. My deductible went from $5000 to $6500 this year (which I thought was illegal?).

I’m pissed at Obamacare and I’m not afraid to say it. A law that allows large corporations to fuck with us like this is a terribly-written law. Not only are they charging as much as they fucking want, we are required by law to buy their “services”.

I’m pissed at the current incarnation as well, much for the same reasons you are. I still have to buy my own insurance and my premiums and deductibles increased drastically this year, while my income has not.

When you think about it, it’s even cooler that he was trying to fight for reasonable rents, when he was living rent free. Fighting to help other people in need when you yourself are actually doing fine is a rare and wonderful thing to do.

We had a Democrat president and a Democrat congress from 2009-2011. What did they do for us? At the very least, they could have passed REAL healthcare reform, and we might have universal healthcare now instead of the frankenlaw known as the ACA. Among the many other things they could have done were ending the armed

That’s because the way they are using the word is generally accepted. Language evolves.

There was a HUGE amount of physical evidence against Guide. Including, his handprint on the pillow next to the victim in the victim’s blood. His skin cells under her nails and in her vagina. His skin cells and hair all over the murder scene.

I liked Frida Giannini better. Don’t understand the worship of Michele. I think he’s just building on what she started.
