Define “didn’t finish”. That can mean a lot of things in the context of that game, as it revolves around playing through the same sequence multiple times from different perspectives.
I mean...it was a public vote. People are gonna have recent experiences closer at hand when thinking about what games were good. Plus, I wager their readership skews towards a younger audience that may not have experienced many of the older games.

It really is phenomenal! Picked it up on a whim, and ended up adoring it. I really enjoy all games by Shu Takemi, but I really think that Ghost Trick is his opus.
