Did anyone else see the beginning of this trailer expecting a Jedi Knight to appear?

Say what you will, but this movie cannot surpass the sheer ridiculousness of the old JAG episode where the main character “breaks right” in a 747 to evade a North Korean MIG. I have rarely laughed so hard in my life.

Seriously, every possible explanation for the plot to support this trailer seems to be some plot to an Iron Eagle movie. What are the odds that what becomes “Maverick” is a discarded IE sequel?

I concur - Roo is consistently right on target.

Then again, it does clearly add to the record that the people who loudly and proudly SELF IDENTIFY as nazis, racists, and klansmen are cheering trump on.
