feel free to throw bottlecaps at your tv then.

versus shattering? yes.

Really? Even if Lincecum whipped or hucked the cap right at the TV I doubt it'd do more damage than maybe a tiny crack or a gouge at the screen, maybe crack the liquid crystal, (if it was sitting on a stand precariously it might also wobble it). Plastic bottle caps are really low in mass and they're not particularly

No, Pokemon removed all the fun of catching your own animals in real life, mutating them, confining them in little plastic balls, and taking them out only to have them fight other creatures.

Can Lifehacker please do an article about how much to tip your motion graphics designer? The proper amount is 200-300%.

You're a very nice person and you do great work, but maybe it's also a problem when you make dividing lines between "our own needy" and "the rest of the world."

uh aren't the two guys in it also the comedy duo? that's like watching a video of sacha baron cohen pranking johnny knoxville. i'm pretty sure NOBODY is meant to think it's real.

The problem is the timing is off. The bounce is syncronized with her stepping down, when the bounce is a secondary movement; it should dip down as she bounces back up, up as she comes down. The bounce of the breasts should basically be a half-step behind. In the Ryse video it happens at the exact same time.

I have a feeling he phonetically spelled cupboard, if one is to pronounce it "cubberd."

I came on here wondering the same thing.

You can indeed do this without tilting by using an orthographic camera. Using a normal camera at a slight tilt wouldn't work because you'd get stuff getting smaller in the distance.

Except there's already a camera you can use for it, it's called Orthographic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthograp…. It lets you view things in perspective but without the vanishing point converging.

What Xhrit said. It's also pretty arbitrary, though more often "good guys" have red/orange lasers, and bad guys have green. In the games blue had been traditionally ion cannons, though they were generic white/red in the movies. As I said, arbitrary.

I have a suspicion that the number they claim as legitimate sales lost (which is less than 2% of the pirated copies, mind you) are the people the put a significant number of hours or effort in the game, or reached a certain level (I don't know how the game works as I've never played it). In that aspect 2% is a

Maybe 1.74 percent of people have put a significant number of hours into the game, so they're clearly not just "trying it out." Maybe 1.74 percent finished the game (I don't know this game so I don't know if it can be finished), or hit a certain level threshold.

I'm PRETTY sure all video games that have an online component can track your ip address.

I did. What did it say about why her built in cabinets were 4 inches shorter than her counter?

Yeah it seems super weird that there's what looks like 4-5 inches of extra countertop built on top of the cabinets.
