You need one of these. I run all my fans off of one of these. My rig runs an Intel i5-3570K overclocked to 4.3 Ghz with a Corsair H100 AIO liquid cooler, and I can silence my PC at any time. Running one of these units diskless using iSCSI. Loading times are similar to HDD, but once it goes, you wouldn't know it doesn't have local storage.
