I’m not sure where you’d get the idea that Trump is making excuses for domestic violence. That’s a rather extreme extrapolation.

Well that’s the beauty of legalese isn’t it? You can define your acceptable standards of conduct in incredibly broad strokes by which nearly any infraction could be cause for termination. That’s standard across all industries and almost goes without saying.
I’m willing to work with you and say the first Resident Evil was ‘less terrible’ than the others. But that’s about all I can say for it.
That would make more sense. Uwe Boll could criticize Paul W.S. Anderson all day... they’re roughly the same calibre of director, which is to say utterly abysmal.
I should be commenting on the tragedy of this, but it’s not where my mind turns.
It’s absolutely their right to determine what is and isn’t acceptable on their platform. And maybe they had a conversation with Selleck beforehand and said “Scubby, say what you will, but if you suggest you might hypothetically tell a suicidal person to go kill themselves, we’re going to have to fire you.” Maybe. And…
Bless you, a comment worth replying to.
Well you know you’re in for a bad time if you’ve managed to get DHS on your case.
Far too soon to lose such a tremendous talent.
Kelly actually seemed half-way competent. I can see why he’d be at odds with the Trump administration.
A fine point.
Speak for your own jeans, sir. Speak for your own jeans.
No, I’d say this take is entirely wrong.
Well it’s a hamster, so that’s no issue. I was thinking this was going to be an article about a dead hamster clogging a toilet. That would be an actual problem.
Seconded. If there’s a hand dryer and no paper towel I’ll just dry my hands on my jeans and use my sleeve to open the door. It’s disgusting, but I’m not putting my hands in those death traps.
Well said and spot on, Monique. America doesn’t care about women.
I’m sure they appreciated being corrected by such a morally upright authority like yourself.
You’re right about that. On the internet you live and die by the will of the idiot masses. If you goad an angry mob, you can’t be too surprised about getting lynched. There might be some cooler heads out there, but they will certainly not prevail.
That’s probably a rhetorical question, but the answer is before the damn internet. If the guy made the same commentary in person, everyone would dismiss it as stupid and carry on with their day, immediately and permanently forgetting it was ever said because it’s so completely irrelevant.
Oh, I tend agree. It’s all completely inconsequential. I’m just suggesting it would be cool to read the alternate headline. You know, the one where an employer actually stands by someone/something controversial. But you never read that story, do you? Not that you’d expect to. You step out of line, you get thrown under…
