You're totally correct. She was right to take the job; it was an excellent opportunity and she deserved it. But I think he probably offered to her because she was qualified and fit the grooming criteria he was looking for.

I'm a feminist and I hate victim blaming, and I got what you are saying. You're not saying she's not capable of the job.
