You say the jokes feel old, but that’s why they’re tropes. This movie, unlike a lot of others, seem to be doubling down on the absurdity of the tropes, instead of using them and trying to be serious about it.

I’m like “oh there is new version of Tom Tom Club’s Genius Of Love ...”

Well, I think it looks great. I love that more movies deal with video game tropes including NPCs (that was also a great aspect of the latest “Jumanji”), and despite lame jokes like “nice guys are virgins” it seems to be an entertaining original take to me. I’m excited to see this!

So it’s basically the Lego Movie only with video games.

I wont go to the theater and see it but i'll definitely get stoned at home and take a look at it.

They did make changes to BO4. You can save and use the reserve cases as currency to unlock items you don’t always have. Feels too late for many, but still a better way to get the guns and skins people missed out on before. Doubt they’ll give a revamped pass.

To think, until now I only avoided Razer products because they are overpriced glossy garbage. Now I have Reason #2!

It makes sense. Not many people buy CD’s or DVD/Blueray anymore. Everything is downloadable now. Music and video is going the same direction.

Absolutely no problem with this as long as they have good digital sale prices like Steam (and they do right now!). Would be nice if they offered a disc reader peripheral for those who initially buy a discless console and then realize they miss the ability to borrow a friend’s physical game (probably the #1 advantage…
