I haven’t played either in years, but even the most chaotic moments of CS are tame to the constant mayhem of CoD. Respawns and kill streaks make a helluva difference. 

Halo and Call of Duty both play aggressively like this.  More strategic games like Counterstrike or even Battlefield would require you to take in more of a view.
