No. That only happens with the mother’s consent, and even the courts sometimes won’t approve unless there is a new parent who’s in line to adopt the child. You don’t get to unilaterally abandon your children.

You can usually only do that if there is another parent that wants to take over that role. At least that is the case in my state. If not there would be no dead beat dads being forced to pay support.
